Psi.

The scales included in Psi. are widely considered gold standards in clinical psychiatry. That said, their use is not without debate — not all clinicians rely on standardized scales in their practice, and some instruments are more contested than others. Psi. does not take a position on this: its sole purpose is to bring these questionnaires together in a single, freely accessible place.

Several recognized versions exist for most scales; the version used and its source are indicated for each scale on the Methodology page, along with any adaptation (digital format, scoring details).

Some scales are designed to be administered by a clinician (e.g., MADRS, HDRS-17, YMRS), while others can be used as self-report instruments (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, MDI). Each scale card indicates whether it is clinician-rated or self-report. These scales do not replace a clinical evaluation and do not constitute a diagnosis. Psi. is not a medical device.

Psi. does not store any data. No account is required, and your answers are not sent to any server: all processing happens locally in your browser. The scales are available in English and in French.
