We collect personal information only when you fill out the contact form on our website. The information collected may include your name, email address, and message.
The information collected is used solely to respond to your inquiries. It is never sold or used for marketing. It is shared only with the service providers needed to receive it — Netlify (hosting and form handling) and Google (the Gmail mailbox where messages are received) — or where required by law.
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering the messages sent to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, when your message concerns the use of one of our apps, on steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Please do not include health information in your message.
Your messages are stored by Netlify, Inc. (United States) and delivered to a Gmail mailbox operated by Google LLC (United States). These transfers are covered by the safeguards these providers offer under the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
Messages sent through the contact form are stored by Netlify (Netlify Forms) and forwarded by email to liminal.pictures.prod@gmail.com. They are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and are deleted, from Netlify and from the mailbox, no later than 12 months after our last exchange.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict its processing, to object to it, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at liminal.pictures.prod@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
This site sets no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a single item: your language preference (lp_lang). It is kept in your browser's local storage until you clear it; if local storage is unavailable, in session storage (deleted when you close your browser) or, failing that, in a cookie that expires after one year. This item is strictly necessary to display the site in your language and is never shared. Fonts and icons are hosted with the site itself: no third-party resource is loaded.
